Shannon has spent over a decade in the IT channel, serving most recently as a Director of Customer Demand Generation at Kaseya. Prior, Shannon has worked for several successful channel-only companies as the VP of Customer Success for Zomentum, VP of Channel Development for The ASCII Group, Sr. Product Marketing Manager for Continuum Managed Services (acquired by Connectwise), Channel Engagement Manager for LogMeIn and the Director of Marketing & Channel Relations for Datto, Inc. 

 Shannon currently serves as Vice Chair of CompTIA's Managed Services Committee.  She has previously been named to CRN’s Channel Chiefs, ‘Top 100 People You Don’t Know, But Should’ and ‘Women of the Channel - Power 100’ lists.
