For over 30 years Eric has been helping solve IT problems.  He founded a break/fix consultancy as well as a managed services practice.  He also served as COO and CIO for two manufacturing companies.  In 2013 he joined the vendor side of the channel to run a global sales engineering team and a sales team for GFI/LogicNow.  When LogicNow was acquired by SolarWinds, now N-able, in 2016 he became one of the inaugural four SolarWinds Head Nerds.  He is currently Director of Partner Engagement at Egnyte, a global file sharing and data security company.  He also serves as Vice Chair of the North American Community and Chair of the Managed Services Committee at CompTIA.  In his spare time, he runs the All Things MSP Facebook Group and creates video content for MSPs on YouTube.
