Ashley J. Martinez, UXC, is Manager, Experience Design, Advanced Solutions Ecosystem Enablement at TD SYNNEX where her team's mission is to create meaningful experiences that make next-generation technology things simpler for the leading IT distributor’s partner ecosystem.

As a design thinker in the IT channel for 4+ years, Ashley describes herself as blessed to work with a variety of brilliant minds from a variety of diverse backgrounds to transform minimally viable products to market recognized status. A couple notable projects include, Digital Cloud Practice Builder (Rated 5 Stars in CRN 2020 Partner Program Guide) and Tech Data Coaches Network (ChannelPro 2020 SMB All-Star), and most recently, ISV Channel Builder.

Before her time in the IT space, Ashley was a seasoned marketer and public-speaking instructor immersed in the world of non-profit and higher education.

Ashley is a proud Tampa native and USF graduate who enjoys exploring her backyard, and most enjoys spending quality time with her husband Tilly, and our four spunky dogs, Felix, Dobie, Oreo, and Ladybug. She also enjoys being a Big Sister for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay. She is UX Certified with a Specialty in UX Management from Nielsen Norman Group.

Ashley was named 2021 CompTIA Spotlight Future Leader Award winner, and is serving as an Executive Council Member in their Advancing Tech Talent & Diversity Community for the year 2022.
